We collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, and occupation when you sign up. Your WhatsApp number is your account identity, used to send you one-time codes and order updates you've opted into.

Order details — items, delivery date and window, and (once you're confirmed) your delivery location — are used only to fulfil your request. Payment references (UTR numbers) are recorded for reconciliation.

We don't sell your data. It's used internally to run your order, plan sourcing, and understand demand across the season.
